Typical aromatic intensity of Madagascar bourbon vanilla with balsamic, phenolic and woody notes. Ready to use and easy to measure, can be used directly without pre-infusion. With seeds for an attractive and quality look. Application: ice creams, creams, mousses, icings and toppings, biscuits, chocolate ganache, cocktails, Alcohol free. Recommended dosage 2% by weight.
